Interchange of the degree,The Degrees (English Grammar)

Hello Students, आज कि इस Post के माध्यम से हम आपको The Use of Degree के बारे में बतायेंगे कि Degree का प्रयोग क्यो किया  जाता है। Degree कितने प्रकार की होती है। Positive Degree, Comparative Degree, Superlative Degree के बारे में सम्पूर्ण जानकारी के लिए हमारे इस लेख को पढें।

Adjective कि तीन Degree होती है:

Positive Degree 

यह degree किसी Noun या किसी Pronoun कि qualities को प्रकट करती है।

Example-

1. Rahul is a good boy.
2. He is a good boy.

उपरोक्त Sentence में honest तथा good Positive Degree है।

Positive Degree में mostly as……as, much……as अथवा so…..as का Use किया जाता है तथा यह इन pairs के मध्य में use कि जाती है।

जहाँ so….as Negative sentence के लिए तथा as …as Positive sentence के लिए use होता है।

Comparative Degree 

यह degree Adjective या Adverb के मूल रूप में er या उससे पूर्व more का use करके बनती है। यह एक Noun या Pronoun कि quality कि तुलना दूसरे Noun या Pronoun कि तुलना दूसरे Noun या Pronoun कि qualities के समय use की जाती है।

Example-

1. Rahul is more honest than his father.
2. He is a better boy than me.

उपरोक्त Sentence में Rahul एवं उसके father कि तुलना करते हुए Rahul को अपने father से अधिक honest बताया गया है।

Note– Comparative degree में degree के पश्चात् than का use किया जाता है।

परन्तु कुछ word जैसे superior, junior, senior के साथ than के स्थान पर to का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

Example-

1. I am superior  than you. (Incorrect)
2. I am superior to you. (Correct)

Superlative Degree

इस degree का use किसी Noun या pronoun कि तुलना अन्य सभी Nouns या Pronoun से करते समय होता है।

Example-

1. Rahul is the most honest boy in his family.
2. He is the best boy here.

उपरोक्त sentence में Rahul को अपनी family में सबसे अधिक honest बताया गया है।

Note– Superlative degree में degree से पहले the का use किया जाता है। यह Adjective या Adverb में est या उससे पूर्व most का use करके बनती है।
