UP Scholarship Form कैसे भरे

1. Date Of Birth – आपको सबसे पहले दिए गए बॉक्स में Date Of Birth भरना होता है। जो कि आपके Mark Sheet से Match होना चाहिए।
2. State Of Domicile – यदि छात्र अधिवास राज्य संस्थान या विद्यालय से अलग है तो निर्धारित अध्ययन में छात्र को निर्धारित प्रोफार्मा में बोनाफाइड प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करने की अवश्यकता है।
3. Scholarship Category – अगर आप Pre – Matric के छात्र हैं तो आपको इसमें कक्षा 1 से 10 तक के छात्रों के लिए प्रदान की जाती है। और इसके अलावा जैसे – कि आप पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना टॉप क्लास छात्रवृत्ति योजना मेरिट कम मीन्स छात्रवृत्ति योजना कक्षा 11वी और 12वीं और उसके ऊपर के छात्र के लिए जिनमें आईटी, बी कॉम  के लिए आवेदन  कर सकते हैं।
