Interchange of Affirmative and Negative Sentence (English Grammar)

Hello Students, आज कि इस post के माध्यम से हम आपको Interchange of Affirmative and Negative Sentence के बारे में जानकारी देंगे कि Negative sentence को Affirmative sentence में  तथा Affirmative sentence को Negative sentence कैसे Change किया जाता है। नीचे कुछ Important Rules लिखे गयें उन्हे आप ध्यान से पढे़ं।

Affirmative Sentence 

Affirmative sentence ऐसे sentence हैं, जिनसे किसी कार्य  या घटना के होने या सकारात्मकता का पता लगता है। ये Positive sentence भी कहलाते है।

Example-

1. I teach you.
2. He loves me.
3. You can go there.

Negative Sentence

Negative sentences ऐसे sentences हैं, जिनसे किसी कार्य या घटना के न होने या उसकी नकारात्मकता का पता लगता है।

Example-

1. I do not teach you.
2. He does not love me.
3. You cannot go there.

परन्तु Affirmative से Negative sentence में परिवर्तन करते समय sentence का meaning change नहीं होना चाहिए।

इस प्रकार Affirmative से Negative या Negative से Affirmative में change करते समय निम्न rules हैं।🎯 Affirmative sentence से Negative sentence में परिवर्तन के ‘not’ के साथ opposite words अर्थात् antonyms का use किया जाता है।

👉He is a good teacher. (Affirmative)

👉He is not a bad teacher. (Negative)

🎯Negative sentence से Affirmative sentence में परिवर्तन के ‘not’ के साथ opposite words अर्थात् antonyms का use किया जाता है।

👉Manoj did mot pass the test. (Negative)

👉Manoj failes in the test.(Affirmative)

🎯 As soon as वाले sentence में no sooner-than का use किया जाता है। तथा इसके पश्चात् helping verb का use करतें है।

👉As soon as he came , he made objections.(Affirmative)

👉No sooner had he come than he made objections.(Negative)

Or  👉 No sooner did he come than he made objections.(Negative)

🎯 Affirmative sentence में adjective की comparative degree का प्रयोग होने पर, Negative sentence में not के साथ Positive degree का use किया जाता है।

👉 He is greater than me. (Affirmative)

👉 I am mot so great as him.(Negative)

🎯 Negative sentence बनाने के लिए not के अलावा never, no, nothing, nobody, no one, no where आदि का भी प्रयोग किया जाता है तथा Affirmative sentence में इन words को हटा दिया जाता है।

👉 I always love my country.(Affirmative)

👉 I never hate my country.(Negative)

👉 Nobody was present.( Negative)

👉 Everybody was absent.(Affirmative)

🎯 Negative sentence में ‘did not fail’ का use होने पर उसका Affirmative sentence बनाने के लिए ‘did not fail’ को हटाकर infinitive (to + verb) के स्थान पर verb की past form का use किया जाता है:

👉 I did not fail to recognise Sachin Tendulkar.(Negative)

👉 I recognised Sachin Tendulkar.( Affirmative)
